For this purpose, we offer our exclusive service approach — the Private Bespoke Service.

We travel for a personal meeting with the client, directly to the country and location where it is most comfortable for them to meet the tailor. Our attentive and carefully built dialogue between tailor and client ensures a trusted and long-term partnership.

ORDERING PROCESS

1) Request for Bespoke tailoring.

After receiving a tailoring request from the client, we agree on the date and location of the first meeting.

2) Travelling Sartoria — we come to you. Three meetings are required to complete the order.

First Meeting

Sartoria Colombini provides Private Bespoke Service and arrives directly to the client at a time and place convenient for them.

Victoria, the owner and founder of the brand, personally accompanies the client, takes measurements, and provides full expert consultation support. What to expect during the first meeting:

- Victoria communicates with the client, studies the unique facets of their character, social status, and the functional purpose of the future suit. This is an essential stage in forming the virtual pattern — the DNA of the garment and the client’s business style. The goal of the virtual pattern is to create a suit model that максимально reflects the client’s inner state and reveals their positive character traits.

- Measurements are taken, the suit model is discussed, fabric and accessories are selected. The entire further production process is explained in detail.

All data is transferred to production in Naples, Italy, where the client’s personal physical pattern is created. Production begins and the suit is prepared for the first fitting.

Second Meeting — Fitting.

During the second meeting, the fitting takes place. All necessary adjustments are made and the client’s wishes are taken into account. After this, the garment is sent back to Italy for final tailoring. At this stage, the suit is partially opened if necessary, modifications are applied according to the fitting results, and it is reassembled with attention to every detail to guarantee a perfect fit. Tailoring is carried out entirely by hand using authentic Neapolitan techniques.

Third Meeting — Delivery of the Order.

The final fitting of the completed suit takes place, confirming the garment’s DNA and the client’s personal style. After the first garment is completed, we preserve the client’s personalized pattern, and all subsequent orders require only one meeting, significantly reducing production time.
